Two Unit New Build Development
Our clients purchased a property with land with a view to demolishing the existing building on site and constructing two new cottages in its place.
We worked closely with local Planning Consultants to maximise the site and obtain Planning Permission for this development, followed by discharging the planning conditions imposed on the site.
